Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do on dropd.. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.

1. Prohibited Content

You must not use dropd. to store, share, or distribute:

  • Malware & attack tools - viruses, trojans, ransomware, exploits, phishing kits, credential harvesters, or any code designed to compromise systems or deceive users.
  • Credentials & private data - scraped or stolen passwords, API keys, session tokens, credit card numbers, or personally identifiable information belonging to others.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - any sexual content involving minors. We will report all such content to the relevant authorities without notice.
  • Illegal content - anything that violates applicable law, including content that incites violence, constitutes harassment or stalking, or facilitates fraud.
  • Copyright-infringing material - content you do not have the right to share. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy for takedown procedures.
  • Spam & mass distribution - unsolicited bulk messages, referral spam, or content whose primary purpose is traffic manipulation.
  • Doxxing & harassment - posting private information about individuals with intent to harass, intimidate, or incite others to harm them.
  • Extremist content - material that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates terrorism, genocide, or mass violence.

2. Prohibited Behaviour

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or user data in bulk without written permission.
  • Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or send abusive levels of traffic.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature or rate limit.
  • Create accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
  • Impersonate another person, organisation, or dropd. staff.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Serious violations - particularly CSAM or active malware distribution - will be reported to law enforcement.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this AUP, please report it to [email protected] with the paste URL and a brief description. We aim to review all reports within 48 hours.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP to address new abuse patterns. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
