1. Agreement
By accessing or using dropd. ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. dropd. is operated from Australia and governed by the laws of New South Wales.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By uploading content, you grant dropd. a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for everything you paste, upload, or share.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to distribute, store, or link to content or behaviour prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Intellectual Property
The dropd. name, logo, and underlying software are the property of the operator. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, see our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
7. Expiry and Deletion
Anonymous pastes expire after 24 hours by default. Registered users may set pastes to never expire, but we reserve the right to remove any content at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be preserved.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dropd. and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
